行业标准《中国造船质量标准》由中国船舶工业综合技术经济研究院归口上报，主管部门为国防科学技术工业委员会。This standard sets forth and specifies the requirements on quality control through the shipbuilding production, the drawings and documents to be submitted for approval, the tests and inspections to be done for delivery acceptance, and the building accuracy. It does not include however those with special quality requirements.This standard is applicable to the construction testing and delivery inspection for ships of 3000 tonnage and above.
